Hand-Forged Paring Knife
Handmade by a master craftsman in the oldest blacksmith shop in South Korea, this small paring knife features a meticulously crafted full steel blade. The handle is made from chestnut wood and is lightweight and water resistant. The knife is perfect for zesting, de-veining shrimp, peeling fruit, and any task that requires tight cutting. Cared for properly, this knife will last for decades.

- No need to sharpen before 2-3 years of regular use
- Sharpen by hand, using a honing stone and avoid use on hard surfaces
