This is the ultimate art-piece/cutting board. Heavyweight, fantastically detailed, and absolutely gorgeous. We sell many of the standard Ooms cutting boards for $45.00, but if you are looking for something unique, a statement gift, take a look at this amazing piece.
Created by custom cabinetmaker, Russell Ooms, each board is one-of-a-kind and signed by the artist. Woods used in composition include red and white oak, cherry, poplar, mahogany, Douglas fir, yellow pine, cedar, hard maple, purple heart, and paduak. Handsome gift item, popular in all The Gardener stores.
A coating of food-grade mineral oil has been applied to each board. Hand wash with warm soap and water after each use. Do not let the board soak or remain in water. Occasional oiling with food-grade mineral oil will preserve the natural beauty of the wood.
